HOW DO I ORDER as a first time customer?

1. Purchase a Sizing Kit (Ships in 2-3 business days after purchase) HERE

2. Once you receive your sizing kit in the mail, follow the instructions + size your nails

3.  Select your desired press-on nail set & provide your sizes from the Sizing Kit in the "Submit Custom Sizes Here" area. 

4. After purchasing, your press-on nail set will be made and shipped to you within 7-14 business days.

​HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY SIZES? 

​

For every press-on order (excluding ready-to-ship sets), we HIGHLY recommend a sizing kit. This ensures you get the right size. If you prefer not to go through the sizing kit process, take a look at our ready-to-ship sets. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing!

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY PRESS-ON SET? 

​

Each set comes with a nail application kit which includes two alcohol wipes, cuticle pusher, mini nail file, mini buffer and nail glue. Everything you need to successfully apply your press-ons! 

 

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST? 

​

Handmade press-on nails can stay on your nails for 2 to 4 weeks. How long they last depends on the type of adhesion you decide to use, how well you prep your nails and how busy you are in your daily life. 

Sticky tab adhesion - 24 hours 

Nail Glue - 2 to 4 weeks 

 

WHERE DOES OPALSHORENAILSTUDIO SHIP TO?

We currently only ship within the United States. 

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME FOR MY ORDER? 

​

Process time varies depending on the order. 

Sizing Kits: 2-3 business days 

Custom Nail Orders and Made to Order Sets:  7-14 business days 

All other products/ accessories: 3-5 business days. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK OR LOSE A NAIL? 

​

We offer replacement nails. Please contact us via instagram direct message @opalshorenailstudio or email us at opalshorenailstudio@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing a replacement nail. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your replacement nail order.
