All payments are due prior to any nail set being designed and shipped to you. All orders missing payment will simply be canceled.
SHIPPING POLICY
opalshorenailstudio ships domestically within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We offer standard shipping options through USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Shipping Issues + Damaged Items
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, please contact us immediately. Please note that opalshorenailstudio is not responsible for any damaged, opened, or lost packages once the package is in the possession of USPS or the designated carrier. However, we will assist you in any way possible in filing claims or providing information to resolve the issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Opalshorenailstudio is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Since all of our press-on nails are carefully handmade for each order and intended for use on your nails and skin, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. We are not responsible for incorrect nail measurements, so please make sure you are accurately measuring your nails before submitting your sizes through our intake form.
All sales of products and digital items by opalshorenailstudio are final sale.
